We have conducted a number of these in the commercial semi-state and not-for-profit sectors.

The time to complete an audit varies depending on the size and complexity of the Board , and the sector in which it operates. On average, it can take up to 3 months to allow for adequate consultation with key stakeholders.

We do not assist in the recruitment process but we can help to define the skills profile of the individual required.
